When will Premium be available?
Premium arrives this autumn, a few weeks after the app launches. Until then, all features — including everything listed on this page — are unlocked for free for everyone during the launch period.
How will Premium activation work?
Once Premium arrives, after payment on this page via Paddle, you will receive a welcome email with your login credentials. You will then be able to sign in inside the app with your email and password: Premium will be activated instantly.
Will I be able to use Premium on multiple devices?
Yes. A single purchase will cover up to 3 active devices simultaneously (e.g. your personal phone, the household tablet, and a backup phone). You will just sign in with the same email on each device.
What will happen if I change phones?
Nothing to do on the payment side — your Premium will be tied to your email, not the device. On the new phone, you will install Sandouq, sign in, and Premium will be reactivated. Then restore your data from a local JSON export if you have one.
What price will I pay in my country?
The displayed price ($7.99) is the planned launch price, shown for reference. At checkout, Paddle will apply the price adjusted to your region: about 79 MAD in Morocco, 24 TND in Tunisia, 29.99 SAR or AED in the Gulf, €7.99 in the Eurozone, £6.99 in the UK. Payment will be billed in your local currency. Final amounts will be confirmed when Premium opens.
Will I be able to pay without a credit card?
Paddle will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and mada (Saudi Arabia). If none of these work for you, contact us at [email protected] — we handle individual cases.
How do I get a refund?
Once Premium is available: email [email protected] with your Paddle transaction ID and reason. We will process refunds within 14 days of purchase, no useless questions. Full policy.
Do Islamic modules (Zakat, Hijri, Sadaqah) require Premium?
No. The Zakat calculator, Sadaqah tracker, Hijri calendar and hawl reminder are free forever for everyone. It's a product commitment — religious tools will never be paywalled.
